An additional
cleaning fee will be charged for one-night
stays:
Lodge: $95.00
Kountry Kottage: $25.00
Oldies Cabin: $25.00
Saloon: $25.00
Check-In/Out
Self check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 noon
Payment
Payment is required in advance and must
be received within 7 days from the date of
booking the reservation.
A non-refundable advance payment of $50 for the
Lodge and $20 for the cabins is required at
the time of booking the reservation. The
advance payment is applied to the room charges and
the balance is due 7 days before arrival.

Accepted Payments
We accept personal checks, money orders,
cashier's checks, Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy
If your travel plans change and you must
cancel your reservation, please call us at
least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your
arrival date to cancel your reservation. If
you cancel more than two weeks from your
arrival date, you will only be charged the
non-refundable advanced payment plus any
applicable credit card processing fees.
Please understand that we are a small
property and cancellations effect us
greatly. In the unlikely event that you must
cancel less than fourteen (14) days from the
arrival date, you will be charged for the
first day unless we are able to rebook your
cabin(s) and/or lodge. If we can rebook your
cabin(s) and/or lodge, you will only be
charged the non-refundable advanced payment
plus any applicable credit card processing
fees.
Pets
No pets. Sorry, we do not permit pets inside
the lodge. Violation of this policy may
result in a charge to your credit card for
the amount of cleaning and damages.
Smoking
Arbuckle Family Lodges are a smoke free
property; smoking is permitted in designated
areas only. Violation of this policy may
result in a charge to your credit card for
the amount of cleaning and damages.
Damages
Full amount of damages will be charged
to credit card for any missing or broken
items in the cabin. |
